How is the artwork presented?
All the artwork is on canvas and is stretched onto double or single stretcher bars. All paintings specify as to double or single stretcher bars. Giclee prints can be stretched according to preference.

Will the print images be exactly the same as I see on screen?
The images on the website will be the whole print area so some of the image will be lost in the wrapping process.

How long will it take?
Giclee Prints:
Prints will take up to 7 days to print and be delivered to your address. Please be aware however that times may vary depending on size and individual requirements

The size I want isn't listed?

Just email with your requirements and we can supply you with a price in any size to suit your space. The standard sizes we stock are listed on the Giclee prints pages.

Can you print my own pictures?

Yes, you can post or email your images to us including sizes and whether you would like single or double stretcher bars and will l get back to you with a price. Printing images will take up to 5 working days from the time payment has cleared and normal delivery time of up to 5 working days.

Do you have a brochure?

We currently do not have a brochure but if you would like to added to our mailing list please e mail .... and you will be kept informed of any new products and promotions.

Which payment/switch/credit cards do you accept?

Amex, Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Maestro, Solo and Delta. PayPal. Personal cheques are also accepted.

Delivery Address?

We deliver on a weekday between 9 & 5.30 pm and we do need a signature, so please bear this in mind when providing delivery address. If you need to change your address either email info@buysomeart.com or call 0485 467 4853.

Photo2canvas - Do you use my image to wrap round the sides?

Not usually we manipulate it with our software thus keeping all your image on the front. In some cases if your image is too big for your canvas choice we may use it to create sides, but we will use our experience to gauge and advise if a problem.

How long does it take to get my photo put onto canvas?

From receiving cleared funds and approved image, maximum of 1 week. E.g. If you order and e mail the image and the image is good, we would usually despatch in 5 days, we do quote 7-10 working days to allow for any problems.

Do you only print on canvas?

No we don't just do canvas prints, we can print fine art paper and photo paper so you can frame yourself. We can create poster prints from your images also, just email for more details.

Your personal details?

Your personal details are stored with BuySomeArt and will only be used for promotional reasons. We will not pass your details on to any other company.

Is the website secure?

Your payment details are taken via industry standard 128bit SSL secured shopping basket and stored on a secure server. There have been no security problems that we're aware of using this system.
